The following are the terms and conditions for using our service. Users must acknowledge and agree to comply with this agreement between the service provider and service user. These terms and conditions take effect immediately after the user agrees to subscribe to any of PORJAIHOSTING’s services, with details as follows:

  1. Websites containing unlawful content will not be allowed on our service. These include sites with:
  • Content that defames others, attacks the monarchy or religious institutions, or causes social unrest
  • Obscene/pornographic content like images, videos related to sexual services
  • Any kind of gambling websites for sports betting, casinos, lotteries etc.
  • Copyright infringement through torrent trackers, streaming, cracks, hacks, pirated software etc.
  • Hacking attempts like attacks, spam, mail bombs targeting other servers
  • Spam characteristics like sending spam emails, pyramid schemes to increase responses, bulk emails
  • Threatening, fraudulent or illegal drug-related content
  • Violation of global intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks
  • Computer crimes violating Thai laws
  • Any other content deemed unsuitable by PORJAIHOSTING

If such sites are found, the service can be immediately terminated or suspended without prior notice. Refunds will not be provided if users violate these conditions. Legal disputes arising must be handled solely by the user.

  1. Service fees specified on the order form must be paid within 1 hour of the stated time period. Failure to do so can result in service suspension without notice.
  2. The service provider can refuse or cancel service if the user violates the agreement or conditions, without prior notice or refunds of deposits, fees etc. already paid.
  3. For any additional services beyond those originally subscribed, extra fees must be paid before access is granted.
  4. To cancel service, users must notify the provider in clear writing at least 30 days before the end of the service period. After cancellation, all user data can be immediately deleted.
  5. Shared hosting services can be suspended/terminated if used inappropriately like email/file/database/app servers etc rather than website hosting. Users cannot store files over 20MB.
  6. All user information provided must be accurate and belong to the actual user only.
  7. Domain names registered cannot be changed once the process is complete and verified by the user. A new registration is required for name changes.
  8. To continue service, renewal fees must be paid before expiration to avoid immediate suspension without notice.
  9. The provider reserves all copyrights and intellectual property of website content and designs created by us. Unauthorized copying or usage will lead to legal action.
  10. Any user files on servers found to contain viruses that risk damaging the servers can be immediately deleted without prior notice.
  11. If usage exceeds package limits, service may be temporarily suspended until additional packages are purchased.
  12. For early termination or service downgrades before the agreed contract period, no refunds will be provided except when canceled by the provider, which may allow partial appropriate refunds.
  13. Users must notify the provider if any contact details like email change.
  14. Users must maintain backups of their data on servers. Requests for file retrieval will incur fees for the service time.

Both parties understand and agree to comply strictly with these terms and conditions set by PORJAIHOSTING.
